Houses are typically set back from the street, with front yards featuring lawns, flowers, or shrubs, and some homes may have fences or gates. You'll find amenities such as parks, playgrounds, schools, and small retail shops nearby, making it convenient for families. The area is usually quieter, with less traffic than commercial zones, and there's often a sense of community, with neighbors interacting at local events or while walking their pets. Built over an area of 80 sqm, this project was completed in just 5 days. Its design incorporates embedded electromechanical systems for both primary and secondary functions, ensuring high functionality and ease of use. The cabana boasts exceptional insulation, achieving a U-value of 0.6, and an impressive acoustic rating of 60 dB, offering a quiet and comfortable environment for its occupants.

Remarkably, the construction was undertaken by a team of 15 unskilled labourers, highlighting the ease and efficiency of assembly with MODULA technology. The Adventure Cabana stands as a testament to the potential of MODULA systems in creating high-end, efficient, and quickly assembled structures.
